Korean national player signs for Rotterdam

Lee Chun-soo, a leading forward of the Korean national football sqaud, has agreed to join the Dutch team Feyenoord Rotterdam, on a four-year contract worth $2.7 million. Lee, who plays for the K-League's Ulsan Hyundai, decided to accept the offer after the Dutch team dropped its initial proposal to bring him on a lease basis, said a club official. He will become the second Korean player to play for the Dutch team after Song Chong-gug who played there for about two years until 2004.
