The ASEAN Police Open football tournament 2007 was inaugurated at Hanoi's Hang Day stadium on 31 July with the opening ceremony followed by a match between Vietnam and Malaysia. The tournament's A group includes the host team, Laos, Myanmar, Yunnan (China) and Malaysia and is playing at the Hang Day stadium. The B groups is Thailand, Singaporea, Brunei and Cambodia, which are playing at the Thien Truong stadium in the Red River Delat province of Nam Dinh.
