The USA defeated hosts China 2-0 to win the Four Nations Women’s Tournament in Hong Kong. Lori Chalupny and Natasha Kai scored the goals for the United States even as Asian champions China tried their best to overcome the deficit but in vain.This was the United States' fifth record Four Nations title. The US drew two games - 1-1 against England and 0-0 against Germany - before beating China. The four-team tournament was a warm-up for the FIFA Women's World Cup in China in September.
