FIFA filming documentary on Pakistan's women

A team from the world football body, FIFA, is on a three-day tour of Pakistan to film a documentary on activities and development of womens football. The crew commenced in Karachi on 21 May where the Sindh Women Football Association Secretary General Sadia Sheikh and Information Secretary Noreen Khawaja arranged a football match and interviews. The WAPDA will host a futsal match between Punjab and Pakistan at WAPDA Sports Complex, Chungi Amar Sidhu, on 24 May for the production. Interviews with Pakistan Football Federation Womens' Chairperson, Robina Irfan, Pakistan Futsal team skipper Misbah Siddiqui and Manager WAPDA women team Sara Sharif will also be recorded.

The documentary is also scheduled to conduct interviews with Pakistan’s First Lady, Begum Sehba Pervez Musharraf, the PFF’s President Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat who is also Federal Minister for Environment and Diana Sharifi, Manager of Pakistan’s Women Futsal team that took part in the third Women Amman Futsal Championship in Jordan recently.
